The Right beat Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Right beat for your training. To secure your spot and ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation policy:

Registration and Payment Confirmation:

After registering for your class on the Heart and Stroke website, you must send payment via e-transfer to ed.mddkhh@gmail.com to confirm your spot. Your registration is not finalized until payment is received.

 

Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Class:

If you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the class, you will receive a credit to use toward another class. This credit will be valid for up to 1 year from the original class date.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Class:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of The Right Beat.

 

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for the class without prior notice, no credit or refund will be issued.

Class Timing Changes or Cancellations

The Right Beat reserves the right to change class timings or cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to unexpected reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified promptly and offered a choice of a credit for a future class or a full refund.
