We offer a full range of courses for healthcare professionals, first responders, and community members:

BLS Provider (Provider & Renewal): The essential course for healthcare providers. Covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants; effective AED use; bag-mask ventilation; team dynamics during resuscitation; and relief of choking.​

Heartsaver CPR AED (Level A & Level C): Community-focused life-saving skills for workplaces, schools, parents, or anyone needing basics.

Level A: Adult CPR and AED only.

Level C: Adult, child, and infant CPR plus two-rescuer techniques.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS Provider): for teams managing cardiac emergencies. Includes algorithms for cardiac arrest, bradycardia/tachycardia, acute coronary syndromes, stroke recognition, and post-arrest care—with realistic, hands-on scenarios.​

Prerequisites: Current Heart & Stroke BLS Provider certification.​

Our edge comes from real frontline experience: 20 years as a Registered Nurse (including 10 years in the Emergency Department and 5 years as a paramedic) and 11 years teaching BLS. I've worked in high-volume ERs in Canada and spent 5 years in a Canadian-accredited hospital in Dubai, where I also became a BLS instructor. This global perspective brings practical insights from actual emergencies—not just theory. We keep classes small for personalized feedback and maximum hands-on time. Our focus is building true competence and confidence, so you leave ready to act when seconds count.
About Your Instructor:
Ed (Vahid) Madadkhah, RN With over 20 years as a nurse and as a paramedic, I've dedicated my career to emergency care and preparedness. I began teaching BLS 21 years ago and have trained hundreds of professionals and community members. My 10 years in Emergency Departments sharpened my ability to respond under pressure, while international experience in Dubai expanded my approach to diverse teams and scenarios. I founded The Right Beat out of a deep love for teaching and a strong commitment to emergency preparedness—empowering others with the life-saving skills I've relied on in real crises. My goal is simple: Make every class engaging, practical, and impactful.
